- Has a good command of English and Romanian
- Likes to communicate and entertain clients
- Good communication skills
- Mixology skills
- Basic wine knowledge
About the job
The Bartender is responsible for creating the joyful, relaxed atmosphere during the events by introducing, presenting and serving wines as well as mixing the cocktails. The Bartender demonstrates excellence in knowledge of wines, mixology, communication, and guest service.
Job responsibilities
Prepares the bar for the event according to the checklist
Serves drinks and beverages to the guests, actively communicating with them
Does wines and drinks presentation using the microphone
Mixes the cocktails and does cocktail master-classes for guests and the team
Communicates the information about marketing promotions and partners' products according to the company's standards to the guests
Timely and efficiently informs the supervisors about the event emergencies and assists in resolving them
Communicates to the event organizer regarding event details or any changes from the client's side
Oversees the event compliance with the company and landlord's standards
Oversees the team's and guests' compliance with the company's hygiene and safety standards; immediately reports the breaches to supervisor
Promotes and manages the extra sales at the event
Facilitates the event closing documentation
Sells drinks and shop products to the customers using the POS-system, collects cash, performs register closures and reports to management
